Description

#708.5 - As Phantump age, the tree stump they posses becomes integrated into their body, and root-like appendages grow to cover their tail-like wisps, which split in to six parts as they mature. While the fresh wood is still young, the “roots” are pliable like tentacles. When it gets closer to completing its evolution, the wood hardens and it moves more rigidly.

Looks great. I always felt like Trevenant was more suited as the final evolution in a 3-stage Pokemon line. Perhaps in an alternate Universe, Phantump was a starter Pokemon and Timbergeist was its first evolution.
