698 - 699 Amaura Line

#698.5 - Amaura are ancient, previously extinct Pokemon that were restored from a part of its body that had been frozen in ice for over 100 million years. They had adapted to living in a frigid environment, where they were free from major predators, allowing them a calm and peaceful lifestyle. Amaura absorb energy from the night sky, which is essential to their evolution, and are able to use this energy to create auroras in the sky to communicate with other Amaura and Aurorus if they are separated. Amaura need a cold environment to thrive, so the crystals on their sides remain freezing cold, keeping them cool in even the hottest environments. As they age, the crystals become colder, capable of expelling frigid air around themselves and enemies.
