#163.5 - Hoothoot have an innate, perfect sense of time due to an internal organ that senses and tracks the earth’s rotation. By keeping track of time, this nocturnal Pokemon is able to easily discern patterns in both their prey and foes’ activity, allowing them to better hunt and escape danger. As Hoothoot mature, their eyesight becomes so strong that they can pick out small movement, even in minimal light. While their wings are too small to fly, they practice gliding and attacking from tree tops.
