#133.58 - It is rare to see a Sylveon in the wild. In order to evolve into this fairy-type, an Eevee must have a close bond with another fairy type Pokemon, from whom it can learn both deep compassion and fairy-type moves. A Trainer can be a substitute for this affection, though they must still help their Eevee learn a fairy-type move. Young Sylveon, dubbed Spriteon, aim to share their affection with trainers and Pokemon they meet by sending a soothing aura out from their developing, ribbonlike feelers. Once they're mature, the feelers are also used as a distraction against prey.
